East Sands cottage is every bit as beautiful and as comfortable as West Sands cottage, but is built around an ‘L’ shaped floor plan. The materials used are still the same quarry tiles, with a pale quartz underheated floor and eclectic New England crackle-glazed wall mosaics in the shower-room, where, given the challenge with space, we decided to scrap the existing, minuscule bath and fit with a large walk-in power shower instead. The kitchen has granite surfaces and is equipped with a Bosch washer-dryer and dishwasher, a wine-cooler, SMEG ceramic hob and oven, a Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother...in short, all the gadgets you’ll need to make your stay a comfortable one.

The bedrooms have high thread-count white sheets and a set of fluffy white towels for each guest to use. Laundry and cleaning are included in the price and a full clean and change every seven days where applicable.
